If your hardware is still under SEEB warranty, we will take care of the entire task of returning the item for repair and / or replacement. This will not cost you anything. If the Seeb Warranty has expired, and the item is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we will take care of the replacement of the item and would only charge a nominal fee to cover our time and effort.

 

If the item is not under any warranty, we will outsource it to one of our “pre-qualified” repair centers.

 

Pre-Qualifications of Repair Centers are done to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. Any work done by the repair centers are under warranty for 90 days.  Please ask your SEEB Sales Associate for more details.
